Water Supply and Drainage Engineering: This major mainly focuses on the transport of under water, purification under of water, protection and utilization of water resources. And it is an extensive major which related to the construction of city, industrial production, environmental protection, people's livelihood. The specialty train students to have knowledge in many fields, like water supply engineering, drainage works, water intake engineering, fire protection engineering, flood control works, building water supply and drainage and so on. The students are also required to learn foreign language, computer technology & graphics, pollutant monitoring & analysis, engineering design, management & planning and trained to be a country-level registered Equipment Engineer (water supply and drainage).Degree to Be Awarded: Bachelor of Engineering

1. Municipal Engineering

Brief Introduction:

The master degree of municipal engineering is mainly engaged in the research and scientific experiment of theoretical process, technology, equipment and materials in water supply and withdrawal engineering, pipe and drainage engineering, water treatment and sewage treatment. It applies hydrology, water supply hydro-geology, fluid mechanics, solid chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry, physics, ecology, computer and engineering knowledge and theory on revealing the true evolution of natural water, finding the best way to get water from different sources.

2. Heating, Gas Supply, Ventilating and Air-conditioning Engineering

Brief Introduction:

This discipline is based on engineering thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer theory, fluid mechanics. It mainly studies the mechanism and application of heating engineering, ventilation engineering, gas engineering, indoor environment, intelligent building, energy and environment and so on.
